Professional Investment Management Services

The government authority located in Ontario requires a vendor to provide professional investment management, portfolio monitoring, reporting, investment advisory, governance support, and compliance oversight services. The selected vendor must align services with applicable investment policies and regulatory requirements, monitor portfolios against draft investment policy statements, deliver quarterly compliance reports, and assign both a lead portfolio manager and a relationship manager. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore Canada organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026. The authority is looking for proposals regarding the budget, and all work will take place offsite.
