Finance New Orleans seeks a banking partner to establish a Strategic Banking & Capital Services Relationship. The buyer requires depository and operating accounts, treasury and online banking, account analysis, full collateralization of public deposits exceeding FDIC limits, cybersecurity, service level standards, and a Capital Recycling Strategy. The contract term is one year, and work will be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA vendors eligible to serve as a Louisiana public depository.
