Stormwater Annual Engineering Services

The City of Richmond, Virginia requires professional engineering services to establish an on-call contract supporting its Stormwater Utility. The requested scope encompasses utility surveying, planning, investigations, architectural and engineering design, permitting, plan review, bidding, construction, operations, and overall engineering support for drainage systems, green infrastructure, dams, canals, and floodwalls. Only onshore vendors based in the United States are eligible to bid, and the contracted work must be performed onsite. The contract term will be for one year, and the buyer is looking for proposal pricing to determine the budget.
