Construction Management Services

The Broome County Land Bank Corporation (BCLBC) seeks qualified individuals or firms to provide construction management services for projects in Binghamton, NY. The selected contractor will oversee property rehabilitations, conduct compliance inspections, review schedules and payment applications, manage requests for information, coordinate contractors, and negotiate change orders. The opportunity is open to USA-based onshore applicants, including small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.
