Facilities Management Construction Manager Services

Oakland County Purchasing Division requires a construction manager to provide facilities management construction manager services in Waterford, Michigan. The requested scope includes demolition, campus infrastructure, utility work, high/mid voltage electrification, paving and road work, landscaping, MEP system upgrades, roofing, interior renovations, LED lighting, accessibility, life safety, security, and low-voltage technology. The contract term is for one year. Bidders must be based in the USA, and performance of the work will be onsite. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online, and bidders must include all required forms, qualification materials, pricing forms, insurance documentation, and bond information. Questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026. Bidders must also provide proposed fees, insurance rates, change order fees, references, and key personnel resumes.
