Citywide Civil Construction Services

The City of Phoenix, Arizona needs a vendor to provide citywide civil construction services. The requested scope includes civil site improvements for parks and playgrounds, earthwork, dust stabilization, grading and drainage, storm drain systems, underground utility work, drainage structures, concrete paving, asphalt overlay, landscaping, fence and gate repairs, signage, striping, A.D.A. retrofits, traffic control, and incidental work. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform all work onsite. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026, following a pre-bid meeting on October 8, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
