Landscape Construction Services

The City of Phoenix Office of the City Engineer is seeking qualified contractors to provide citywide landscape construction job order contracting services on an on-call basis. Up to three contractors may be selected to perform onsite work, including constructing park structures, multi-use trails, pedestrian bridges, and stormwater management facilities, alongside installing sports fields, streetscapes, fencing, signage, and irrigation systems. Only onshore USA organizations registered in the City’s Vendor Management System are eligible to bid, and the project carries an 8.5% Small Business Enterprise goal. A selection panel will evaluate proposals using a qualifications-based scoring process, including up to 350 points for approach and up to 21 additional points for reference checks.
