Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking qualified vendors for the KY 237 Landscaping Project. The requested scope of work requires providing all labor, materials, and equipment to perform planting, sodding, soil preparation, mulching, and restoration along the KY 237 shared-use path from KY 20 to 2652 North Bend Road. Eligible bidders are onshore US organizations capable of meeting mandatory insurance standards and working onsite in Burlington, Kentucky. Vendors must submit electronic responses through the Boone County procurement portal by October 22, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Bidders must submit all project questions electronically via the vendor portal's Q&A tab by October 19, 2026, at 5:00 pm. The county will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on suitability to specifications, final unit pricing, delivery terms, vendor qualifications, and references.
