Architectural Services

Sullivan County seeks a vendor to provide architectural services to design a 2,000 to 2,500 square foot childcare facility in Unity, New Hampshire. The design must accommodate approximately 30 children ranging from 6 weeks old to school-age, and it must include a fenced playground area, minimal staff parking, and a drop-off access area for safe child drop-off and pick-up. A design team consisting of Sullivan County staff and the Boys & Girls Club will collaborate with the vendor, as the Boys & Girls Club will operate the completed facility. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply, and performance of the work will take place onsite. Potential bidders must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026. Bidders may independently view the preferred project site, though the county has not scheduled an official on-site walkthrough.
