Credit Card Electronic Payment Services

The City of Elizabeth, New Jersey needs a vendor to provide fiscal year 2027 credit card electronic payment services. The scope requires the selected vendor to perform the work offsite. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must deliver or mail sealed proposals to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Room 210, City Hall, 50 Winfield Scott Plaza, Elizabeth, NJ 07201-2462 before the public opening on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM prevailing time. Proposers must comply with the state requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., NJAC 17:27, and NJSA 52:25-24.2. Submissions must also include specific affidavits required by Chapter 2.92 of the Code of the City of Elizabeth, which the City considers to determine the proposal that best meets its needs. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and specifications are available at the Purchasing Agent's office during weekday business hours.
