Actuarial Services

The Texas A&M University System seeks a US vendor to provide actuarial services in College Station, Texas, for its self-insured group health plan, dental, benefits, retirement, and other self-insured programs. The selected vendor must perform annual actuarial analyses of self-insured health, prescription drug, and dental plans, along with potential analyses of risk-financed programs like Worker's Compensation Insurance, automobile liability, and prescribed burn liability. Additionally, the vendor will provide annual valuation services for Other Post-Employment Benefits calculations, which includes preparing actuarial assumptions, conducting post-retirement plan analyses, fulfilling accounting requirements, and reporting results. Only US organizations operating onshore may submit proposals, and all work must be performed onsite. Vendors must submit any questions regarding the opportunity no later than October 9, 2026.
