Commercial Drivers License Driving School Program Services

The County of Dutchess requires commercial driver's license (CDL) driving school program services in Poughkeepsie, NY. The selected contractor must provide online entry-level driver training, pre-trip vehicle inspection training, automatic and manual truck capabilities, and at least 35 hours of Class B CDL coursework and on-the-road driver training. Contractor obligations include assisting enrolled county employees with road test scheduling and submitting theory results to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Training Provider Registry.
