Fund Treasurer Services

The Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund seeks a vendor to provide fund treasurer services for the 2027 calendar year starting January 1, 2027. The selected vendor must handle financial tasks in Iselin, NJ, including depositing receipts within 48 hours, signing and distributing expense payment checks, funding claim imprest accounts, reconciling checking and investment accounts, comparing financial records to report variances, and submitting monthly reports of cash and investment activity. Additional duties include reviewing monthly general ledgers, trial balances, and financial reports, assisting with general ledger preparation, reporting on delinquent assessments, and submitting audit correction plans. Eligible onshore USA applicants must meet minimum qualifications, including at least seven years of experience as a Fund Treasurer for a New Jersey joint insurance fund. Proposals must include contact information, a flat-fee annual fee proposal for 2027, executive leadership details, staff resumes, vendor experience and resources, New Jersey presence and SBE status, references, and potential conflicts of interest. Bidders must submit one original paper copy and one electronic copy in Word format on a flash drive to M. Delgado in Iselin, NJ, by 10:00 a.m. EDT on November 6, 2026.
