Construction Management Services

The City of Rochester requires qualified consultants to provide professional construction management, resident project representative, and construction inspection services for the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center Modernization Project No. 26023. The selected consultant will support the city from design and preconstruction through construction and project closeout, overseeing renovations to interior finishes, acoustics, lighting, restrooms, trade show utilities, technology, and facility infrastructure. US organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will occur onsite in Rochester, NY. Interested applicants must submit all questions by October 23, 2026, and attend an optional pre-proposal site walk-through on October 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
