Applicants must demonstrate a high degree of knowledge regarding state regulations, insurance fund financial matters, and budgets. Submissions must include one original paper copy and one electronic copy on a flash drive delivered to Madeline Delgado in Iselin, NJ, by November 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Emailed or faxed proposals will be rejected. Proposals must contain contact details, an annual flat-fee proposal for 2027, officer qualifications, experience descriptions, New Jersey presence, SBE status, references, and conflict disclosures. The Fund will evaluate qualified proposals based on the vendor's general approach, documented experience, staff qualifications, and ability to complete work within the timeline, selecting the offer deemed most advantageous considering price and other factors.
