The City of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, is seeking a qualified, licensed contractor to perform the complete, safe, and lawful demolition of a single-family residential structure at 22025 Laukel Street. The selected vendor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, permits, transportation, and proper disposal to demolish the dwelling, accessory structures, driveways, and foundations. Scope of work includes removing identified asbestos, hauling away all debris, backfilling, compacting, grading, and establishing turf to leave the site safe, properly graded, and ready for future use. Bidding is open to onshore US organizations holding a current Michigan builder's license. Submissions must include a completed and signed Bid Form, builder's license details, certificates of insurance, and references if the contractor has not previously worked for the City.
