Municipal Fee, Revenue and Tax Structure Review Services

The Town of Tisbury, MA requires a municipal finance consultant to conduct a structured review of the town's fee, revenue, and tax structure policies to strengthen its revenue base. The selected vendor will inventory existing fees, benchmark against comparable communities, identify new revenue opportunities, review property tax classifications and residential exemptions, and provide a prioritized implementation roadmap. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite.
