Treatment Plant Removal, Hauling and Dumping Services

The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District needs treatment plant biosolids removal, hauling, and dumping services in Kentucky. The requested scope includes as-needed removal of secondary or digested biosolids, with hauling occurring Monday through Friday from 6:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and at select treatment plants on Saturday during those same hours. Only onshore USA organizations with a Kentucky Secretary of State number in good standing may bid. Bidders must digitally submit all required proposal documents, affidavits, reference sheets, safety data, and equipment lists through the MSD web-based portal by October 27, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. local time. Additionally, respondents must mail an original signed document to MSD within one calendar day of the opening date. The buyer accepts questions through the portal until October 13, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local time. The contract period runs for one year, and MSD evaluates proposals on a point system where the lowest proposed rate receives maximum score points.
