Civil Engineering Services

The government authority located in Huntsville, TX requires civil engineering services to remove unstable asphalt pavement and resurface it with new asphalt pavement. This project aims to provide safe, optimal access for recreators to a lake recreation area and maintain through access between two moderate traffic collector roads, while also removing and replacing four culverts. Eligible vendors must be US-based (Onshore) organizations capable of performing the work onsite for a one-year contract term. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on October 15, 2026, and submit all questions by October 20, 2026, to be considered for proposal evaluation.
