Occasional Property Maintenance Services

The City of Minneapolis seeks a vendor to provide occasional property maintenance services within 24 hours of request. Requested services include graffiti removal, disposal of illegally dumped items, boarding vacant buildings, lot inspections, fence repair, tree trimming, and miscellaneous maintenance. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform work onsite for a contract term of one year.
