Investment Banking Services

The New Jersey government authority requires a vendor to provide comprehensive investment banking and underwriting services. The selected vendor must work with the Financial Advisor to recommend debt series structures, draft bond documents, prepare credit rating agency materials, market the debt, manage underwriting, and commit capital to underwrite bonds or notes. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
