RFI for Extended Group Medical Benefits Services for International Scholars

The University of British Columbia requires information regarding vendor capabilities, experience, and solutions for providing and administering extended group medical benefits for approximately 200 international scholars. The buyer seeks details on benefit plan design, administration services, member experience, digital capabilities, claims management, direct billing and dental networks, privacy compliance, reporting, and implementation approaches. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to submit responses for this request for information.
