England Netball requires a vendor or consortium to deliver a next-generation Game Management System to serve as the sport's digital foundation. The scope covers end-to-end functionality across ten primary modules, including organisation profiles, governance, fee collection, safeguarding, and risk management. The system must meet ISO 27001 certification, Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, mandatory UK data residency, and role-triggered DBS checks. Suppliers must provide an implementation approach that addresses data migration, testing, training, project controls, and post-launch support. The contract term is for one year, with performance occurring offsite. Eligibility is restricted onshore to the United Kingdom.
