Apparel, Kit Items, Community Outreach Items Services

The City of Philadelphia’s Mayor’s Office of Community Services requires a vendor to provide offsite apparel, kit items, and community outreach items services. All items must be expedited, and sellers must quote all items to remain eligible for the award. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit electronic quotes through the PHLContracts site by the bid opening date of October 14, 2026, at 11:59:00 PM. The City will evaluate proposals and award this micro purchase as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must confirm they understand all attachments and state whether they can send mock items via email.
