Contracted Municipal Legal Services

The Town of Battleford in Saskatchewan requires a qualified law firm or lawyer to provide contracted municipal legal services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes general municipal advice, legislative interpretation, drafting and reviewing bylaws and policies, managing legal aspects of real estate, planning, contracts, employment, and representation in litigation or council meetings. Eligibility is limited to onshore Canadian vendors with municipal legal experience in Saskatchewan, and work performance will be onsite.
