Musical Instrument Access Programs Services

The Yonkers Public Schools requires a vendor to provide musical instrument access programs for school-based band and orchestra ensembles in New York. The required scope includes bulk instrument rentals, rent-to-own options, repair estimates and services for district-owned and rented instruments, replacement procedures, insurance coverage, and delivery to multiple school sites. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations, and vendors must maintain licensed New York State insurance coverage. Proposers must submit four separate files—Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, Schedules, and Vendor Background Questionnaire—electronically via BidNet by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Written questions must be emailed on company letterhead as an MS Word document by Friday, October 23, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals are evaluated based on Rental Structure, Pricing, and Rent-to-Own Value (30%), Repair, Maintenance, Replacement, and Insurance (20%), and Experience and References (10%).
