Broadband Connectivity Services

Arlington County, Virginia seeks broadband connectivity services to provide internet, dark fiber, Ethernet E-Line, and Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) to its facilities and the Equinix DC4 location in Ashburn. Bidders must deliver enterprise-grade, always-on connectivity across bandwidth tiers ranging from 1,000 Mbps to 100,000 Mbps. The contract term is one year, and work will be performed offsite. Only onshore U.S. organizations authorized to transact business in Virginia and compliant with Arlington County business license laws are eligible to bid. Bidders must also hold a Class A, B, or C Virginia Contractor License if required by law. Electronic bids must be submitted through PRISM+ by 3:00 p.m. on November 12, 2026. A virtual prebid conference will occur via Microsoft Teams at 1:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026. Arlington County will evaluate submissions and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each category identified on the pricing sheet.
