Group Medicare Advantage Plan Service

Fairfax County Public Schools requires a vendor to provide a fully insured, passive PPO open-access Medicare Advantage plan for medical and vision benefits to eligible retirees and covered dependents. The selected plan must meet all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements and will operate alongside a self-insured Employer Group Waiver Plan with a wrap prescription drug program starting January 1, 2028. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for offsite work performance. Offerors must digitally submit proposals via email or online, including technical, cost, and minimum qualification forms along with required security and technical questionnaires. An optional pre-bid meeting occurs on October 19, 2026, and all questions are due by October 23, 2026.
