Workforce Management Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide workforce management services for a government authority in Ohio to address operational, technical, and reporting impacts caused by replacing its human resources and payroll data source. The selected contractor must review, redesign, rebuild, and reconfigure business structures, labor category profiles, and workforce management configurations to align with Workday supervisory organizations and financial dimensions. Additionally, the contractor will execute a data migration and validation strategy while conducting a comprehensive impact assessment on timekeeping, advanced scheduling, accruals, leave management, attendance, mobile applications, and embedded analytics. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations, and the requested work will be performed offsite. Prospective applicants must submit all questions no later than October 19, 2026.
