RFI for Advisory, Systems Engineering, Technical Assistance, and Program Management Support Service - Sources Sought

The buyer needs advisory, systems engineering, technical assistance, and program management support services to modernize its Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Information Technology environment. The required scope includes subject matter expertise, mission analysis, training coordination, business operations support, validation of radio frequency propagation and electronic warfare models, legacy system migration and decommissioning planning, and transitioning workflows to an AI-assisted ecosystem on the Maven Smart System. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located in the USA, and the work will be performed offsite over a contract period of one year. Applicants must meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self) requirements at the time of award and submit a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plan as part of their technical proposal.
