Customer Relationship Management and Microsoft Dynamics Platform

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a customer relationship management and Microsoft Dynamics platform solution. This scope includes supporting a Microsoft Dynamics system comprising customer relationship management, funding application and assessment management, end-of-year reporting, and an integrated customer portal. Additionally, the vendor must provide ongoing support and maintenance, Microsoft Dynamics licensing and licence management, and application development, enhancement, and continuous improvement services. Eligible vendors must be located onshore in Ireland only, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors must submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. The contract period will be for one year.
