Uniform Supplies

The City of Mercer Island is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to supply branded uniforms to approximately 50 field employees located in Mercer Island, WA. The requested scope requires supplying initial allotments by January 1, 2027, with replacements provided on an as-needed basis. Initial allotments include five t-shirts or collared shirts, two safety t-shirts, three mid-weight sweatshirts, one coat, one baseball cap, and one stocking cap. Garments must be high quality, offer options for regular, big, and tall sizes in both men’s and women’s fits, and include City branding. Vendors may also provide pricing and product information for optional uniforms and equipment separately. Eligibility is limited to US organizations, and the work requires onsite performance. Proposals must be submitted digitally in PDF format via the City's Procurement Portal by October 30, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Submittals are limited to 20 pages using at least 10 pt font. All questions must be submitted through the portal no later than October 23, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Proposals must detail product information, itemized pricing, team experience, references, a delivery schedule, and ordering capabilities. The selection panel will screen and rate eligible responses based on established evaluation criteria and may conduct reference checks or interviews.
