Janitorial Services

The California Department of California Highway Patrol requires janitorial services two days per week for the CHP Portola Resident Post located in Portola, California. The scope of work includes providing operating expenses, profit margin, and all required equipment such as brooms, buffers, and mops. The contract term is for one year, and the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Eligible applicants are USA-based onshore individuals or firms, including non-profit organizations that certify their eligibility to claim non-profit status. Bidders must hold a local city or county business license, maintain DIR registration, possess a past record of sound business integrity, and certify corporations are in good standing. Bidders must also provide proof of required liability insurance, pass driver license and fingerprint checks, and comply with postconsumer recycled-content certification requirements. A pre-bid walk-through will take place on October 22, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
