NetApp Support Account Manger (SAM) Renewal Service

The Department of Technology and Innovation requires a vendor to provide a one-year NetApp Support Account Manager (SAM) annual support renewal for the Government of Alberta. The offsite work and support plan is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with goods delivered on or before November 1, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations. The purchaser reserves the right to prohibit quotes from designated persons or entities subject to Canadian sanctions related to Russian actions in Ukraine. Vendors must maintain general liability insurance of at least $2,000,000.00 and automobile liability insurance. Proponents must submit quotes electronically by October 23, 2026, at 14:00 Alberta Time. Evaluation and contract award will be based on the lowest cost and compliance with all RFQ requirements, with equal weight assigned to each requirement. Tie quotes will be evaluated based on exceeding requirements or providing value-added services, followed by a coin toss or random draw if necessary.
