Screening Wall Maintenance Service

The City of Mesquite Public Works Department requires an annual as-needed screening wall maintenance contract in Mesquite, Texas. The scope of work includes mobilization, 24-hour emergency mobilization, traffic control, removing and replacing damaged brick wall panels, columns, column caps, and footings or foundations. Additional tasks include installing support angles, tuckpointing and repointing masonry, removing and replacing concrete mow strips, distributing project notifications, and sodding completed areas. Only onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid. Bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 26, 2026, and submit all questions by October 30, 2026. Bids open on November 4, 2026, and the contracted term is one year. Required submittals include a proposal, bid form, bid bond, non-collusion statement, conflict of interest questionnaire, and SAM non-exclusion affidavit.
