Janitorial Services

The Imperial Irrigation District requires janitorial services for a government facility located in California. The scope of work encompasses cleaning building entrances, lobbies, workspaces, restrooms, locker rooms, carpets, doors, and upper interior surfaces up to ceiling fixtures. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and performance must occur onsite. Bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting on October 26, 2026, and submit all questions by November 3, 2026. Applicants must submit one completed, signed original cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope labeled PRFP No. 1653 by November 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The Purchasing Agent will evaluate proposals based on the lowest cost from a responsive, responsible, and qualified vendor, applying a five percent preference margin for local vendors.
