The City of Vancouver requires a vendor to provide a web-based National Research Council embodied carbon platform and a centralized embodied carbon database for construction projects. The platform and database will streamline project data collection, analysis, and quality control across jurisdictions, support industry innovation and data access, and identify barriers to material- and cost-efficient construction. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid.
