Science of Reading Consultant Service

The Iowa Department of Education seeks a vendor to provide science of reading consultant services in Des Moines, IA. The selected contractor must develop guidance, tools, resources, and public-facing materials to assist state educators and families in implementing evidence-based foundational literacy instruction statewide. Additionally, the scope includes delivering technical assistance, training, coaching, and professional learning, while demonstrating program management experience with state or federally funded education initiatives.
