Scrap Metal Selling Service

The Town of Manchester Water and Sewer Department requires a vendor to provide a scrap metal selling service for approximately 45 cubic yards of loosely piled waterworks material. The selected bidder must purchase and remove the scrap material "as is and where is" from the storage yard at 3 Line Street in Manchester, CT, supplying all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to submit bids for this project. Bidders must perform the removal onsite on weekdays between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm. Interested vendors must submit all questions by 4:00 pm Eastern Time on October 26, 2026. Sealed bids are due by October 29, 2026, at 11:00 am Eastern Time, with the bid opening taking place at that time.
