Property Purchase and Development Services

The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, requests proposals from onshore USA developers to purchase and develop surplus county-owned property in Meridian, Mississippi. Applicants must submit a proposed purchase price, an easily understandable description of the intended property use, a development timeline, and an estimated investment amount for property improvements. Eligible USA entities must submit one bound original, seven hard copies, and an electronic copy in a sealed envelope marked with the RFP details to the County Administrator, or submit electronically through Central Bidding. All submissions must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2026. Proposals must remain valid for at least sixty days following the public opening, and site visits are available upon request.
