Consulting Services

The City of Post Falls solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from individual onshore, USA professional firms for design and engineering consulting services across twelve specified disciplines, including domestic water, wastewater, street transportation, and architectural services. Work performance will be offsite for the city authority in Post Falls, ID, with the contract term running through December 31, 2028. Teamed firms are not eligible to apply. Applicants must submit SOQs in PDF format by 12:00 p.m. local time on Friday, November 6, 2026, and email Jen Poindexter for confirmation. SOQs must include a two-page maximum cover letter and a four-page maximum section per subcategory detailing firm experience, key team qualifications, project history from the past five years, and three client references. A selection committee will evaluate submissions to recommend three firms per subcategory to the City Council for pre-qualification.
