Graphic Design Consultant Services

Citizens for Modern Transit needs a graphic design consultant to assist with a campaign featuring a local sporting team to build transit ridership in the St. Louis region. The selected consultant must create deliverables including a tagline, billboard, web banner, transit ads, digital and web graphics, one print ad, and one flier, submitting all completed files by April 1, 2027. Eligible USA-based vendors must submit two hard copies and an electronic copy of their proposal to Citizens for Modern Transit by 4 p.m. on November 18, 2026, with all questions due by November 9, 2026. Proposals must include assigned team backgrounds, relevant product samples, recent projects, and a detailed budget breakdown for each task. CMT will evaluate submissions based on firm qualifications, proposal quality, and relevant product samples, selecting the top candidate using price and best overall value.
