Excelsior Broadband Network Fiber Construction and Network Maintenance Services

The New York government authority seeks a USA-based organization to provide fiber construction and network maintenance services for the Excelsior Broadband Network. The requested scope includes installing approximately 196.55 miles of 864 and 1728-count all dielectric fiber optic cable along designated network segments using an existing spare conduit, existing regeneration buildings, and a combination of new and existing handholes. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. The authority is looking for budget proposals, and the contract period will last for three years.
