Stormwater Program Management Services

The City of Byron, Georgia requires administration, engineering, inspection, and construction services for its Stormwater Program Management project. Scope includes assisting with daily operation of the stormwater utility, regulatory compliance, reviewing drainage plans and reports, inspecting land disturbances and infrastructure, and constructing small stormwater projects. Qualified onshore U.S. firms, contractors, and joint ventures with state general contractor licenses and required trade licenses are eligible to apply. Applicants must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 401 Main Street NW, Byron, GA at 10:00 AM. Proposals must not exceed 50 typed pages and require five physical copies plus one electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive. Submittals are due by 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at the Byron Municipal Complex. The selected contractor must secure a Byron business license, maintain required insurance limits, and invoice the city on a monthly basis.
