Signal Modernization Project Service

The government authority in Palmdale, CA needs a vendor to provide signal modernization project services. The scope includes traffic control, replacing backplates, upgrading pedestrian push buttons and signal heads, re-installing crosswalks, evaluating systems, assisting with contractor selection, and administering the one-year construction phase contract. Only onshore USA vendors are eligible to bid, and performance must occur onsite. Bidders must be properly licensed in accordance with state law. The buyer considers any deviations or exceptions indicated on the Deviations and/or Exceptions Form during award decisions and reserves the right to reject proposals or accept proposals that are not the lowest cost.
