Email Security Software

The Los Angeles County Internal Services Department seeks a vendor to provide brand-only Proofpoint email security software across 11 commodity lines. Performance of the required work will occur offsite at the vendor's premises, and all bidding organizations must be onshore USA entities. Bidders must register in the County's WebVen system prior to submitting a response. Submissions are due by 12:00:00 PM on October 30, 2026, and must be submitted online through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal. Bidders must include completed Appendix A required forms, including Exhibits 1 through 8, or risk being labeled non-responsive. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on October 27, 2026. The contract performance will be evaluated on at least an annual basis under the County's Quality Assurance Plan.
