Strategic Succession Planning Services

The buyer requires a consultant to provide strategic succession planning services, including a targeted strategic planning session, environmental scans for behavioral health and healthcare, and scenario development. The selected vendor must establish a validated, future-focused competency profile, define leadership expectations, and align succession competencies with systemic trends to ensure a seamless transition. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the offsite work must not involve subcontracting unless properly disclosed with subcontractor qualifications.
