LED Exterior Digital Signage Replacement System

The buyer requires a contractor to provide a turnkey LED exterior digital signage replacement system. The requested scope includes providing a 9.45-foot high by 18.9-foot wide front-serviceable LED screen, low voltage and electrical work, freight, installation, 3% spare parts, and a back-end media playback processor installed in the facility's technical operation center. The hardware must feature IP67 outdoor rating, gold wire bonding, maximum 10mm pixel pitch, minimum 6,000 nits brightness, minimum 100,000-hour lifetime, and a minimum two-year parts and labor warranty. Eligible bidders are limited to onshore vendors within the United States, and work must be performed onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 3, 2026.
