Description
AI GeneratedThe Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO1) intends to execute a sole source contract with Hach Company to renew an annual service contract for ten Hach water quality monitoring instruments and one colorimeter at the VA Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont. The scope requires inspection, maintenance, repairs, annual calibration, monthly reagent refills, two service visits per 12 months, and 24/7 emergency service. Work takes place in a functioning hospital and requires pre-approval of an Activity Hazard Analysis, Infection Control Plan, schedule, MSDS, shop drawings, construction submittals, and a state-submitted work plan, application, and permit. Responses are due by October 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time to help the government determine if competitive procedures can be used.
