Home Energy Map 2.0 Platform

The buyer needs a vendor to develop, host, and maintain the Home Energy Map 2.0 platform, a city-wide virtual home energy and climate resilience labelling map and renovation roadmap platform for residents. The requested scope includes leveraging detailed specific data and existing EnerGuide information, using digital energy labelling data and housing archetype analysis to estimate energy performance, and integrating energy efficiency, water efficiency, and climate resilience into the map. Additionally, the vendor must execute required data-sharing agreements and ensure the platform is accessible on desktop and mobile devices via major web browsers. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors must submit responses digitally via email or online, and they must send all questions no later than October 30, 2026. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
